Indistinguishable From Magicf

ANY SUFFICIENTLY ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
IS INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM MAGIC.

~ Arthur C. Clarke, Futurist

Of Note: We humans use our brain for any number of wonderful inventions. By tinkering with the physical world, scientists, engineers and others turn out more gidgets and gadgets than we know what to do with. Often these technological miracles get ahead of the civilization and, as Mr. Clarke commented, are indistinguishable from magic. But let's put this in perspective.....we can send a man to the moon but have yet to figure out how to feed those that are earth-bound. Nor have we figured out how to get along on a daily basis or create a sustainable living situation using our resources. Mahatma Gandhi had it right when he said: "As human being, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world--the is the myth of the atomic age--as in being able to remake ourselves." If each and every one of us made it a point to remake ourselves based on spiritual values including sharing, cooperation, social and personal responsibility and the sacrifice of selfishness, the physical plane matters would fall nicely into place. Being Love. That is the key. Meditation as service is the tool. It's sustainable, free and uses no resources but our minds, which we carry with us at all times.
